If you pay by Credit Card, online, it generally takes 24 hours to create your personalized bracelet or necklace. I ship everything the next business day*. So, add 1 day onto your shipping preference.

How do I know what size to order?

Bracelets: If you are unsure about the bracelet size to order measure your wrist and add 3/4" to 1" for bracelets. FYI - 85% of all bracelets are 7 1/2".
Necklaces: The 16" necklaces would be best for a young woman or a 'choker' for an adult. A 18" necklace will rest at about a woman's collar bone. A 36" necklace would be a good size for over a big long fluffy sweater.

How many charms can I get on one Charm Bracelet?
There really is no limit. However, the more charms you have the heavier the bracelet will be.

Can I add another charm later?
Yes, you may add additional charms later (space permitting). It may have to be restrung, depending on the style and design of the necklace or bracelet you ordered.

How do I know that I am getting a quality product?
We have several different types of chain and necklaces. All are high quality (at least .925). For the handmade bracelets we use strong, flexible & kink resistant accu-flex beading wire. The wire we use actually has 49 strands (7 bundles of 7 wires) twisted together.

I have an estimate you gave me last month. Is it still good? Written estimates are good for 60 days.
